They get up early in the morning, after their morning they head out for nice hour long walk by the lake side. There they feed birds and stray animals before going to join their group of laughter club. After having laughed to their heart’s content, they spend some good time with their friends around chatting. After a good one hour routine they return to their house and have tea with heavy breakfast together. Reading a newspaper is another activity carried out during breakfast. Sharing interesting news to each other, reading interesting articles together can easily consume an hour or so. Their kids visit sometimes during weekends or during their kids’ vacation. At that time their house is roaring and comes alive. After they leave it is again the same old house we know. I am talking about two seniorenarbeit living next door. They have grown up kids busy with their respective lives and families. These seniorenarbeit visit them often but wish to reside in their own home.
My kids visit their house at least once a day as the aunty is very much fond of kids and teaches them few good things as well as stories. Having some elderly person at home makes lot of difference and brings many changes as well as stability to life. Some may be little rigid and may not be able adjust with the younger generation, whereas some are very much friendly and mingle with their family members very well. Such relaxed and flexible yet rich in experience elderly people are the backbone of any family. They extend unfathomable strength and invaluable support to their kids in soaring high in their careers. They also lovingly take care of their grand children with great love and affection. This makes them even more wanted and loved at home front. It is said that the grandparents enjoy rising up the grandchildren more than their own children. This is so because they have exhaustive experience in that field as well as have time to cherish those moments, which the parents lack due to their busy lives.
